Role Overview

As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our facilities team, ensuring all building systems operate smoothly and guests enjoy a well-maintained property. You'll respond to maintenance requests, perform hands-on repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance across the hotel. Your work directly supports the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

Core Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and facility work orders
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and schedule necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with building codes and facility safety standards
• Support the maintenance team with facility projects as needed

What We're Looking For
