Support Associate – White House Black Market

Role Overview

As a Support Associate with White House Black Market in Orlando, you'll be the backbone of our store's daily operations. Your role centers on supporting our sales team, maintaining our product displays, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional styling and service. Core Duties

• Process merchandise shipments, verify inventory, and organize stock in our sales floor and backroom
• Maintain clean, attractive product displays that showcase White House Black Market collections
• Support sales team members by restocking merchandise and preparing fitting rooms
• Assist with point-of-sale operations, processing transactions, and handling cash or card payments
• Respond to customer questions and direct shoppers to products or available associates
• Adhere to brand standards and store policies to maintain a professional retail environment
• Contribute to a collaborative, sales-driven team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining store appearance
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled hours
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and follow direction
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Physical capability to lift merchandise, bend, and stand for extended periods
