About the Role
As a Sales Lead at Chicos Fas, you'll partner with store management to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and maintain the high standards our customers expect. You'll balance direct customer engagement with team leadership, ensuring both profitability and a welcoming shopping environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor team members on customer service excellence and sales techniques
- Process sales transactions and manage register operations accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and offer personalized styling guidance and product recommendations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory, maintain store presentation standards, and organize merchandise displays
- Support management with scheduling, training, and operational decision-making
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail operations
