- Oversee marketing and branding efforts that strengthen Michigan State Athletics' market position and visibility
- Manage sports information and communications functions to enhance stakeholder engagement and media relationships
- Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with sponsors, vendors, and external organizations
- Monitor financial performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning
- Partner with the Athletic Director and senior leadership on departmental priorities and resource allocation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, marketing, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
