Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and experienced individual to provide direct care support to individuals in their homes. As a Full-time Caregiver-Direct Care Worker, you will assist with daily living activities, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming needs.
• Prepare meals, manage housekeeping duties, and ensure a safe living environment.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and communicate effectively with supervisors and medical staff.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in caregiving or a related field is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
