We're seeking a Head of Strategy and Product who will work directly with leadership on the company's highest-impact initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across product development, operations, business development, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, and business functions
• Partner with the leadership team to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization grows
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through successful execution
• Research and evaluate new market opportunities, product directions, and business models
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve how the company works
• Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
