We're seeking a Founder's Office Lead based in Australia to work directly with leadership on the highest-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, and business development in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business, working closely with core teams
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
