Position Summary
As Growth Marketing Manager at Practifi, you'll design and execute marketing campaigns that acquire, activate, and retain customers while directly impacting revenue. You'll develop integrated strategies across digital channels, analyze funnel performance, and work closely with product and sales to build sustainable growth engines. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth marketing campaigns across email, content, paid advertising, and emerging channels to acquire and engage target customers
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, tracking conversion metrics and testing hypotheses to improve performance continuously
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets
- Analyze marketing data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, segment audiences, and refine targeting strategies
- Develop campaign briefs, manage timelines, and oversee execution from planning through reporting and analysis
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate new platforms, tools, and tactics to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Demonstrated success planning and launching campaigns with measurable customer acquisition and revenue results
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, A/B testing, and interpreting data to inform strategy and optimize spend
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and advertising networks
- Strong project management and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally across departments
- Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, or fintech is preferred
