About This Position

As a Groundskeeper at The Don Hotel, you'll be responsible for all landscaping and grounds maintenance operations. This full-time position focuses on keeping the property's exterior spaces safe, attractive, and well-maintained in accordance with community standards and management guidelines. Your daily work directly contributes to residents' quality of life by creating a clean, pleasant living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming vegetation
• Maintain plant beds, irrigation systems, and hardscape areas throughout the property
• Remove debris, leaves, and waste from grounds and common areas
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Respond to seasonal maintenance needs such as planting, weeding, and seasonal cleanup
• Monitor property conditions and report maintenance issues to management
• Maintain the grounds to meet The Don Hotel's appearance and operational standards

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and basic horticulture practices
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to property maintenance standards
• Valid driver's license required
