About the Role
As a Rotating Property Manager with WinnCompanies, you will divide your working hours between two nearby multi-site properties, taking full ownership of day-to-day operations at each. The position blends leasing, marketing, resident relations, and financial accountability, making it ideal for an adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of two conventional market-rate communities comprising 75 total apartment homes.
- Rotate on a regular schedule between The Parc at 1300 in Berkeley and Bay Vista in Alameda.
- Market available units and carry out leasing strategies that sustain strong occupancy.
- Oversee the upkeep and overall condition of each apartment community.
- Build positive relationships with residents and respond promptly to their needs.
- Lead and support the on-site staff working across both locations.
- Meet established financial targets and performance benchmarks for the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in residential property or community management, ideally across more than one site.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate on-site teams.
- Working knowledge of leasing, marketing, and resident retention practices.
- Comfort managing budgets and driving toward financial goals.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Reliable transportation to rotate between the Berkeley and Alameda communities.
