What You'll Do
- Paint interior and exterior areas of residential units at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed for quality finishes
- Apply paint using proper techniques and equipment to ensure professional results
- Complete maintenance and repair projects as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow safety protocols and military facility regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests and contribute to facility improvements
