What This Role Involves
The Graduate Software Engineer, EOS - Sydney position embeds you within the Extensible Operating System group based in Sydney. You become part of a skilled international engineering community that produces the software enabling extensive data centre networks. The group covers the full cycle of creating and releasing core networking capabilities found throughout Arista Networks switching products, giving graduates hands-on exposure to production systems used worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute code that advances foundational networking features inside the Extensible Operating System
- Carry out testing and verification so that software functions correctly on switching products
- Partner with distributed teammates on design reviews and delivery milestones
- Investigate and correct defects arising during feature development for data centre environments
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer within the Sydney engineering community
