Graduate program | French market (Paris)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization that is building its French commercial team in Paris. This is a structured graduate sales program designed for high-performing recent graduates who want to fast-track their career in B2B SaaS sales.

Over 18 months, you will rotate through four progressive sales roles—SDR, BDR, and Account Executive (inbound or outbound)—with dedicated coaching, clear KPIs, and a pathway to mid-market, enterprise, or management positions for top performers.

Responsibilities

Months 1–6: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
• Learn foundational discovery and qualification skills
• Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives

Months 6–9: Business Development Representative (BDR)

• Generate pipeline through outbound prospection
• Master prospecting sequences, first-touch outreach, and meeting setting
• Build your own territory approach from scratch

Months 9–15: Account Executive (Inbound or Outbound track)

• Run full sales cycles: discovery, demo, objection handling, and close
• Manage deals in your assigned segment or territory
• Collaborate with senior AEs and sales leadership on strategy and deal progression
• Contribute to improving playbooks, scripts, and sales collateral

Months 15–18: Advanced AE training and specialization

• Take ownership of multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles
• Refine methodology, pipeline management, and territory planning
• Participate in sales academy modules on AI-assisted selling, negotiation, and performance mindset

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience with genuine interest in B2B tech sales
• Track record of excellence in studies, sports, projects, or work
• Native or near-native French (C1+); fluent English (B2 minimum) for cross-functional collaboration
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High drive and resilience; motivated by ambitious targets and comfortable with rejection
• Fast learner who asks tough questions and actively seeks feedback
• Preference for early responsibility over a passive graduate scheme

Pay

This role offers €45,000–€55,000 OTE (on-target earnings) with uncapped, accelerated variable compensation. Equity (stock options) is included.
