About the Role
The Graduate Assistant IT User Services position provides essential support to Ottawa University's information technology department. Working closely with the IT team, you'll contribute to user support operations, technical troubleshooting, and service delivery across our Surprise campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student seeking practical experience in IT support and user services within a higher education environment.
What You'll Do
- Respond to user support requests and IT help desk inquiries
- Assist with troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network issues
