We're looking for a detail-oriented Prep Cook ready to support our culinary team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact our guests' experiences.

What You'll Do

• Prepare house-made sauces, dressings, and specialty items according to recipes and quality standards
• Execute mise en place—washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients for service
• Maintain food safety protocols and properly store ingredients to meet health code requirements
• Organize and stock prep stations with necessary supplies and equipment
• Assist with food inventory and alert management to stock levels and expiration dates
• Support line cooks during service, responding to demands with speed and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production and service goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Prep Cook or in a restaurant kitchen environment
• Fundamental knife skills and food handling knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work a flexible schedule including potential weekends
