About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the direct point of contact for clients inquiring about our fireplace mantels, precast products, and masonry services. You'll manage inquiries, coordinate orders, resolve customer concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and reliability that have defined our reputation throughout California for more than 30 years. This is an on-site position in North Sacramento where you'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep projects and customer relationships moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and emails with professional, thorough responses about fireplace mantels, exterior precast products, and masonry services
- Process and track customer orders, quotes, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely project completion
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Support both commercial and residential clients with product questions and technical specifications
