About the Role
The Graduate Assistant, Campus Recreation and Gameday Production supports the day-to-day operation of recreation services and the behind-the-scenes production of gameday events at Carthage College. Candidates may select a one-year or two-year track, with the assistantship pairing alongside one of several graduate programs: the Master of Science in Business with a Sports Management track, the Master of Education (M.Ed.), or the Master of Science in Business with a Design & Innovation track.
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate, schedule, and promote intramural and campus recreation programs
- Contribute to the planning and marketing of recreational activities for the campus community
- Assist with gameday production tasks that bring Carthage athletic events to life
- Support participant engagement, communication, and program logistics throughout the academic year
