About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics organization in the Île-de-France region that is seeking a Payroll and Personnel Administrator for a fixed-term contract. Our client operates in the express delivery sector and maintains operations across multiple entities with approximately 600 employees. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic HR team managing multi-convention payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Co-produce monthly payroll for 6 entities covering 3 collective bargaining agreements (approximately 600 payslips per month) using Silaé software
• Enter and verify payroll variables through to the completion of Déclarations Sociales Nominatives (DSN)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all salary statements
• Process all social declarations (URSSAF, pension, mutual insurance, etc.)
• Manage and file mandatory taxes including apprenticeship tax, DOETH, Action Logement
• Monitor files and elements related to work stoppages (IJSS, provident funds, etc.)
• Handle specific operations such as advances, wage garnishments, benefits in kind
• Manage mutual insurance and provident funds (opening and closing files)
• Utilize Mysilae software for time and activity management including paid leave, RTT, access creation, schedules, and data verification
• Manage meal vouchers with external providers
• Perform simulations and calculations for employee departures

What We're Looking For

• Bac+2/3 or higher in payroll management, human resources, or equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management and personnel administration
• Experience working in a multi-convention collective bargaining environment preferred
• Proficiency with payroll software, particularly Silaé and Mysilae systems
• Strong understanding of French social declarations and tax obligations
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance across multiple entities
• Fluency in French required for this position
