About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics organization in the Île-de-France region seeking an Accounts Receivable Apprentice (Alternance) to join their billing and collections team. This apprenticeship opportunity is based in Saint-Ouen and is ideal for candidates pursuing their professional development in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Create daily mission reports for internal teams and input client orders into EBP software
• Maintain Excel-based reporting dashboards for service tracking and monitoring
• Generate daily and monthly invoices and transmit them to clients via email
• Prepare month-end provisions and perform accounting transfers in SAGE
• Manage payment follow-ups and debt collection processes
• Collaborate with internal departments including billing and accounting teams

What We're Looking For

Education and Experience:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+2 qualification in accounting
• Ideally two years of experience in a similar apprenticeship role
• Familiarity with SAGE 1000 and EBP software is a strong advantage
