About the Role
As a Mobile Veterinarian, you'll provide in-home veterinary services to pets and their families throughout East Brunswick, Middlesex, Trenton, Princeton, Readington Township, and Middleton Township. You'll specialize in compassionate euthanasia, hospice consultations, and end-of-life care—meeting patients in their homes where they feel safest. This role emphasizes meaningful relationships with families during one of life's most difficult moments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home euthanasia and end-of-life consultations with empathy and clinical expertise
- Provide hospice guidance and palliative care planning for terminally ill pets
- Travel to client homes throughout East Brunswick and surrounding New Jersey communities
- Build lasting relationships with pet families during sensitive times
- Maintain clinical standards and detailed patient records
- Communicate compassionately with families about treatment options and quality-of-life decisions
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted veterinary license in New Jersey
- Experience or genuine interest in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life veterinary medicine
- Comfortable with independent in-home visits and strong time management skills
