About the Role

As a Private Investigator with Delta Group, you'll conduct complex investigations across the Boston area and support our national operations. This full time position requires managing multiple cases simultaneously, conducting field investigations, interviewing key parties, and preparing thorough documentation that meets legal standards and client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct surveillance operations and document findings through photography, video, and detailed written reports
• Interview witnesses, subjects, and relevant parties to gather actionable intelligence
• Perform background checks, asset searches, and comprehensive public records research
• Prepare case reports and present findings to clients, attorneys, and legal teams
• Maintain accurate case files and evidence logs in full compliance with state and federal regulations
• Work independently and collaboratively on cases ranging from routine to highly sensitive investigations
• Leverage investigative technology and databases to enhance investigation quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts Private Investigator license or demonstrated ability to obtain one
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interviews and client reporting
• Proficiency with investigative databases, research tools, and case management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as investigations require
• Sound judgment, integrity, and ability to operate independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of legal and ethical investigative practices in Massachusetts
