They are seeking a Founder's Office Lead based in Berlin to work directly with leadership on the company's highest-impact initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a fast-growing organization from the inside.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and solve critical business and product challenges
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through to successful delivery
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Research emerging markets, product opportunities, and potential business partnerships
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Take full ownership of complex problems and deliver measurable business outcomes
