Founder’s Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling fintech company with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with senior leadership on the organization's highest-impact initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Malaysia, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

In this position, you will operate as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving critical projects across engineering, product development, hiring, operations, and business development. You will tackle ambiguous challenges, build new capabilities from the ground up, and help shape how the organization operates as it continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across multiple business functions
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build and establish new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the company scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through successful delivery
• Conduct research into new markets, product opportunities, and business expansion possibilities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across diverse teams

Pay
