Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

We are representing a high-growth SaaS organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for designated Technology & Product teams. This is a strategic role reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, based in London with a global remit.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruiting cycle for Technology & Product teams from role scoping to offer acceptance, delivering personally on critical hires and coordinating with TA colleagues and delivery partners where appropriate
• Building proactive sourcing pipelines so key roles have engaged candidates before urgency hits, and closing senior hires in competitive markets
• Coaching hiring managers on role definition, interview design, and evidence-based assessment practices
• Delivering market intelligence including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and funnel metrics to senior stakeholders
• Designing and implementing AI-native recruiting workflows, piloting new approaches and updating standards based on evidence
• Collaborating with People Business Partners, Compensation, People Operations, and Employer Branding teams to connect hiring to the wider employee lifecycle
• Taking ownership of global initiatives such as assessment frameworks and interview standards, driving adoption across the organization

What We're Looking For

You bring proven expertise across these critical areas:

• Business acumen and stakeholder influence: You understand how engineering and product organizations operate and build credibility with their leaders across a global structure
• Full-cycle recruiting delivery: You've managed complex, niche, senior hires under time pressure without compromising quality, working both independently and alongside partners
• Proactive global sourcing and talent attraction: You actively market-map and source across platforms and geographies rather than waiting for inbound applications, and you close senior candidates against competing offers
• Hiring manager coaching and assessment quality: You guide managers through scoping and calibration, and you challenge requirements when evidence suggests a different approach
• Data literacy and market insight: You use pipeline and funnel metrics to demonstrate hiring health and your impact, presenting confidently to senior stakeholders
• AI orchestration and process improvement: You work AI-first in your recruiting processes and bring structure to ambiguity. You've designed initiatives, driven them to adoption, and made them work across teams in collaboration with TA, People Business Partners, Compensation, and Operations

Fluency in English is required. Prior experience hiring in the US market is a strong plus, as is flexibility to work across multiple time zones when needed.
