Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets is hiring a full-time Finish Room team member in Neosho, Newton County, to help bring our handcrafted cabinetry to life with a flawless, lasting finish.
About the Role
As a Finish Room associate at Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets, you'll be part of the final and most visible stage of our cabinet-building process. Working on-site in Neosho, Newton County, you'll prepare, finish, and inspect custom cabinet components so each piece leaves our shop looking exactly the way our customers imagined. This is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking components ahead of finishing
- Apply stains, sealers, paints, and protective topcoats to custom cabinetry to a high standard
- Inspect finished pieces for color match, coverage, and surface quality, correcting imperfections as needed
- Keep finishing equipment, booths, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow established finishing procedures and safety guidelines throughout each project
- Coordinate with production team members to keep cabinet orders moving on schedule
Qualifications
