About the Role

As a Financial Solutions Advisor at Bank of America, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients seeking financial products tailored to their unique needs. You'll work in our Antioch branch, serving customers throughout Contra Costa County and surrounding regions. This role combines relationship-building, product expertise, and consultative sales to deliver meaningful financial solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate banking products, including deposit accounts, loans, credit products, and wealth management services
• Open new deposit and credit accounts, process loan applications, and manage account maintenance for existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, regular follow-up, and proactive financial planning conversations
• Meet individual and team service goals and sales objectives while maintaining compliance with all banking regulations
• Stay current with Bank of America products and market conditions to provide informed recommendations
• Follow all FDIC, Safe Act, FINRA, and related regulatory requirements applicable to the financial services industry

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients
• Ability to understand financial products and explain them clearly to non-specialists
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical business practices
• Willingness to obtain applicable banking certifications or licenses as required
