Deloitte is hiring a Google Gemini Manager, Technical Transformation to join its Sales & Service practice in Grand Central, Manhattan — a full-time, on-site role for a leader who can turn Generative AI ambition into measurable business outcomes.
About the Role
As the Google Gemini Manager, Technical Transformation, you will help organizations reimagine how they connect with their customers using Google Gemini and other Generative AI technologies. Working within Deloitte's Sales & Service team in Manhattan, you will pair advanced analytics, modern engineering, and human-centered design to elevate customer experiences and unlock durable, long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical transformation engagements built on Google Gemini and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Translate customer and commercial strategy into practical, scalable technology roadmaps.
- Apply advanced analytics and innovative design to strengthen customer relationships and experiences.
- Guide cross-functional teams through delivery, ensuring solutions create and capture sustained customer value.
- Partner with stakeholders to align AI-driven initiatives with broader growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading technology or transformation programs, ideally involving Generative AI or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Gemini or comparable large language model technologies and their enterprise applications.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage delivery teams and drive complex projects to completion.
- Comfort working on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan in a full-time capacity.
