Financial Accounting Analyst

Prime System Solutions is hiring a Financial Accounting Analyst for our office in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This is a full-time position ideal for detail-oriented accounting professionals ready to strengthen our financial operations team.

About This Position

As a Financial Accounting Analyst at Prime System Solutions, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting function. This role focuses on day-to-day accounting tasks, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You'll work closely with the finance team to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and deliver timely financial insights that drive informed business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, record, and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet accounts
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in accordance with company policy
• Assist with accounts receivable collections and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Conduct cost analysis and variance reviews to support budgeting efforts
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain audit documentation
• Perform financial data entry and validation using accounting software and spreadsheets

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency with accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS or local Pakistani accounting standards
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Prior experience in a financial accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred
