Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team and take ownership of corporate and project financing activities. Responsibilities

• Manage and support corporate and project financing from structuring through ongoing monitoring and compliance
• Prepare reports, financial analyses, and presentations for banking partners and internal stakeholders
• Administer existing loan and financing agreements, including deadline management and regulatory reporting obligations
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks
• Analyze the financing portfolio and derive actionable recommendations for optimization
• Support financial planning, investment planning, and scenario analysis including stress testing
• Assist with liquidity management and treasury operations

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in finance, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Project Financing
• Proven experience working with banks and financing partners
• Strong proficiency with planning and analysis tools, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of risk management, scenario analysis, and economic feasibility calculations
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a structured, independent working style
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
• Professional and confident presence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
