Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization in Munich, and our talent team is seeking an experienced professional for rental accounting and operating cost settlements. In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day rental accounting independently, primarily for commercial properties
• Prepare operating cost and heating cost statements, including plausibility checks
• Post all rental and payment transactions and reconcile tenant accounts
• Monitor outstanding receivables and execute dunning processes
• Maintain and update master data and contract information relevant to settlements
• Handle tenant inquiries regarding statements and collaborate closely with property management
• Support monthly and annual closings, and prepare evaluations and reports
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization and digitalization of accounting processes

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• Successfully completed commercial or real estate training, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in rental accounting and/or operating cost settlements
• Strong knowledge of rental law and apportionable operating and heating costs
• Proficiency with common real estate ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Strong numerical aptitude along with careful, structured, and independent working style
• Team orientation, communication skills, and high quality awareness
• German language proficiency required for this position

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position based in central Munich with excellent public transport connections. The role offers flexible working hours with one day per week of remote work possible.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: Up to €75,000 per year for full-time positions, depending on experience and qualifications.
