About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization operating a nuclear medicine practice in Bremen. Our client needs an IT specialist who can bridge the gap between complex medical systems and daily clinical operations. You will be the go-to technical resource ensuring diagnostic and treatment technology runs smoothly for patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal IT point of contact for the nuclear medicine practice, working alongside external IT partners
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for staff experiencing IT issues
• Maintain and support medical applications and systems, including imaging and documentation platforms
• Analyze technical problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and coordinate with external IT service providers when escalation is needed
• Assist with implementation of new hardware and software, as well as internal IT projects
• Manage IT workstations and digital infrastructure while monitoring upcoming technical requirements
• Train staff on new systems and ensure technical solutions integrate smoothly into daily workflows
• Contribute ideas and help continuously improve digital processes and IT structures

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) or comparable IT qualification
• Strong foundation in IT support and working with hardware and software systems
• Ability to analyze technical problems systematically and work toward solutions
• Experience with medical IT systems (RIS, PACS, KIS) is a plus but not required
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Team player who takes ownership and wants to actively shape the IT landscape
• Prior medical knowledge is not essential—your IT competence, solution-focused approach, and willingness to learn medical systems and workflows matter most
