Cutting Edge Countertops is hiring a full-time Fabricator - LES in Bryan, Williams County, Ohio to join our production team. If you're an experienced countertop fabricator ready for an early-morning shift, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview
As a Fabricator - LES with Cutting Edge Countertops in Bryan, you'll be a key part of our manufacturing operation, working the first shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday). L.E. Smith, our manufacturing subsidiary, has been producing high-quality countertops and surfaces since 1950. In this full-time fabricator position, you'll contribute to the precision and quality that define our products and reputation in the market.
Responsibilities
- Operate fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and edge countertop materials to specification
- Assemble and fit countertop components with precision and attention to detail
- Apply finishes and ensure quality standards are met throughout the fabrication process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth production operations
Requirements
- Ability to work the first shift schedule (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday)
- Experience in countertop fabrication or related materials processing
- Proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Physical capability to perform hands-on fabrication work
