About the Role

As an EY-Parthenon Deals Director focused on Buy Side Financial Diligence, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients evaluating acquisition opportunities. Working within a globally connected organization of diverse teams, you will direct complex due diligence projects, translate financial findings into clear deal insights, and help shape investment decisions with confidence. This is a full-time, on-site position in Saint Bernard, Hamilton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side financial due diligence engagements from planning through final deliverable.
• Analyze quality of earnings, working capital trends, net debt, and other key financial drivers for prospective acquisitions.
• Advise corporate and private equity clients on transaction risks, value considerations, and deal implications.
• Manage and mentor diligence teams, reviewing work product to uphold quality and accuracy.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, contributing to business development and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or a closely related deals discipline.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and direct multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong command of financial statement analysis and the dynamics of mergers and acquisitions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative, client-focused mindset suited to a leadership role.
