About the Role
The Behavioral Health Technician is the heartbeat of day-to-day care at our Upper Holland treatment center. Because BHTs spend more direct time with patients than nearly any other team member, the trust and steadiness you bring shape each person's experience throughout their recovery journey. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer consistent peer encouragement and emotional support to patients during treatment.
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly so patients can focus on healing.
- Build genuine rapport that fosters trust, connection, and a sense of safety.
- Observe and document patient activity, reporting concerns to clinical staff.
- Support a structured, respectful, and recovery-focused environment across each shift.
Qualifications
- A compassionate, dependable approach to working with individuals in recovery.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with patience under pressure.
- Comfort following established protocols and collaborating with a clinical team.
- Reliable availability for a part-time, on-site schedule in Upper Holland, Bucks County.
