As an Experienced Climbing Arborist, you'll perform specialized tree work using advanced climbing techniques and professional-grade equipment. What You'll Do

• Execute precision tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations using professional climbing and rigging techniques
• Conduct pre-work safety inspections and risk assessments at each job site
• Operate and maintain specialized arboricultural equipment, ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear
• Climb trees safely and efficiently while managing complex rigging operations
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols without compromise
• Coordinate with team members to execute complex tree work across residential and commercial properties
• Mentor less experienced crew members on proper climbing techniques and safety practices
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site conditions

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a climbing arborist or equivalent professional tree care role
• Strong knowledge of tree biology, health assessment, and proper pruning standards
• Proficiency with climbing equipment and comfort working safely at heights
