EMCOR Group is hiring a Project Manager for our Centennial, Arapahoe County office to lead the delivery of specialized mechanical and plumbing system projects. This full-time position is essential to our success in designing and implementing high-quality installations.
About the Role
In this critical position, you will manage end-to-end project delivery for our mechanical and plumbing system work. Your responsibilities will span project planning, team coordination, quality oversight, and stakeholder communication. You'll work within our integrated production environment to ensure that our BIM-driven fabrication process results in accurate installations that meet client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish
- Lead coordination between design, production, and installation teams
- Oversee accuracy of fabrication documentation and specifications
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project status
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement in project delivery processes
What We're Looking For
- Professional project management experience in mechanical, plumbing, construction, or related fields
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with or understanding of BIM processes is a plus
- Detail-oriented approach to quality and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to work on-site at our Centennial location and travel as project demands require
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or engineering preferred
