About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to operate a Class A tractor-trailer as part of a dedicated two-driver team. Our entire operation is designed around supporting high-mileage, high-earning team runs. Unlike solo driving, team freight operations maximize route utilization and on-road time, directly increasing annual earnings while reducing driver fatigue through shared driving duties.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial Class A vehicle on long-distance freight routes across multiple states
• Coordinate with your assigned team driver to optimize load delivery and mileage
• Maintain DOT compliance, vehicle inspections, and comprehensive driving logs
• Execute time-sensitive freight deliveries while adhering to safety standards
• Manage pre-trip and post-trip vehicle maintenance checks

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean driving history
• Professional trucking experience and demonstrated safety record
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and commitment to full compliance
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in close quarters
• Availability for long-haul routes and continuous road time

Compensation

Drivers earn competitive compensation up to $100,000 per year. Qualifying team partners receive an $8,000 sign-on bonus, recognizing your commitment and supporting a smooth start with Covenant Transport.
