CRB is hiring an Executive Assistant for a full-time remote position. Based in Kalamazoo, MI, our leadership team seeks strategic administrative support from a dedicated professional.

As an Executive Assistant at CRB, you'll serve as the trusted support for senior leadership. This remote role centers on managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth operations across executive functions. Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate time across multiple leaders
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation
• Handle email correspondence and screen communications on behalf of executives
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business trips
• Maintain organized filing systems and document management
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc executive requests
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders
