About the Role
As an Events and Ministry Coordinator, you'll be the heart of resident engagement within our apartment community. This volunteer position offers the opportunity to shape how residents connect, celebrate, and grow together through thoughtfully planned programming and pastoral care initiatives. You'll work directly with residents and onsite staff to foster a vibrant, welcoming community culture aligned with Apartment Life's core values.
What You'll Do
- Design, plan, and execute community events that bring residents together and strengthen bonds across the community
- Coordinate spiritual and ministry programming that resonates with resident needs and interests
- Build relationships with residents through consistent communication and meaningful engagement
- Collaborate with apartment management and staff to ensure events reflect community standards and values
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, budgeting, promotion, and follow-up
- Identify opportunities to deepen community connection and resident satisfaction through programming
- Support residents in their personal and spiritual growth through intentional pastoral outreach
