What You'll Do
- Organize and execute engaging social events and activities that bring residents together
- Design programs rooted in our ministry mission to demonstrate God's unconditional love and acceptance
- Build genuine relationships with residents through intentional outreach and personal connection
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and community communication
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment where residents of all backgrounds feel valued
- Collaborate with the Apartment Life team to align events with community values and resident needs
