• Perform electrocardiograms, basic specimen collection, and related technical tasks within authorized scope.

• Restock supplies, clean and maintain equipment, and help keep the emergency area orderly and ready for use.
• Provide compassionate assistance with mobility, comfort measures, and basic needs of patients and families.
• Document all activities thoroughly in the electronic record and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent professional foundation typically expected for entry into emergency technician work.
• Current basic life support certification and demonstrated readiness to respond in urgent situations.
• Prior experience in emergency, acute care, or patient support settings is highly regarded and preferred.
