About the Role

In this full-time consulting position, you'll work directly with healthcare organizations to implement, configure, and enhance Epic Beacon solutions—a critical component of modern electronic health record infrastructure. Your focus will be ensuring patient data accuracy, supporting clinical teams, and enabling organizations to realize the full value of their Epic investments.

What You'll Do

• Configure and optimize Epic Beacon functionality within health system environments
• Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support system validation, testing, and go-live activities for healthcare IT implementations
• Develop training materials and provide end-user support to maximize system adoption
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Document system configurations and maintain best practice standards across implementations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Beacon with other clinical systems and workflows

What We're Looking For

• Active Epic Beacon certification
• Demonstrated experience configuring or supporting Epic systems in healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data governance, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for clinical and business audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving project environments
