Marketing Design Manager

About the Role

As Marketing Design Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, you'll drive the visual direction and creative excellence that defines our brand across all marketing channels and initiatives. You'll partner closely with marketing leadership, product teams, and external partners to ensure consistent, compelling design that resonates with our audiences and supports business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies aligned with corporate marketing goals and brand standards
• Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, presentations, and campaign creative
• Oversee design projects from concept through delivery, maintaining quality, timeline, and budget adherence
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines and design standards across all marketing touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, product, and sales to understand creative requirements
• Manage design workflows, creative tools, and asset libraries to support efficient production
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh perspectives to our work

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a design manager or senior designer leading creative initiatives in a corporate environment
• Mastery of design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping software, etc.)
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and design principles
• Excellent project management and leadership skills with ability to mentor and inspire creative teams
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to translate business needs into visual solutions
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and creative problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
