- Execute structured testing of all configuration changes to confirm integrity before they reach production users.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff across 6 Locations to surface documentation gaps and deliver practical solutions.
- Deliver targeted training, quick-reference materials, and just-in-time support that helps end users maximize ClinDoc tools.
- Partner with fellow Epic analysts during upgrades, optimization projects, and new module integrations that affect clinical documentation.
- Investigate reported issues, apply root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes that protect documentation reliability for Oumedicine teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience analyzing and building within Epic applications, with clear emphasis on ClinDoc or equivalent clinical documentation modules.
- Working knowledge of clinical documentation standards, multidisciplinary note capture, and typical inpatient or ambulatory workflows.
- Skill at converting clinician requirements into clean, sustainable Epic ClinDoc build solutions.
