About the Role
As a Little Land Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our play gym experience in Cedar Park, guiding children through active, imaginative, and confidence-building play. This is a hands-on, full-time position for someone who thrives in a lively environment and genuinely enjoys making each visit memorable for young families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support engaging programs, including sensory art, music exploration, and our Little Learners classes.
- Help host birthday celebrations, Parents' Night Out events, and other special activities.
- Encourage movement, creativity, and laughter so every child feels welcome and capable.
- Keep play spaces safe, tidy, and ready for exploration throughout each session.
- Partner with teammates to deliver a warm, dependable experience for kids and their grown-ups.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth.

- Reliability and availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Cedar Park, Williamson County.
- Comfort leading group activities and adapting to the needs of young participants.
