Entry Level Soccer Coach – Ages 1 to 6

Join Super Soccer Stars as an Entry Level Soccer Coach in Carrollton, Denton County. We're hiring enthusiastic coaches to lead soccer instruction for children ages 1 through 6 in our engaging, non-competitive youth development program.

About the Role

This is a part-time coaching position where you'll introduce young children to soccer fundamentals in a supportive, play-based learning environment. No prior coaching or soccer experience is required—we'll train you on our proven curriculum and age-appropriate instruction methods. You'll work directly with small groups of young learners in developmentally tailored classes, creating positive experiences that build confidence and foundational skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead age-specific soccer activities and games designed for toddlers and preschoolers
• Teach basic movement, coordination, and soccer fundamentals using our established curriculum
• Create an encouraging, inclusive environment where every child feels welcome and motivated to participate
• Demonstrate techniques and provide clear, simple instructions appropriate for 1- to 6-year-olds
• Manage small groups with patience, enthusiasm, and positive reinforcement
• Maintain consistent attendance and be punctual for all scheduled sessions
