About the Role
Super Soccer Stars is hiring an experienced, high-energy Youth Soccer Coach for evening classes in the Clermont, Lake County area, with sessions serving the Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, and surrounding communities. In this role you'll lead Thursday classes in the Waterleigh area, guiding young players through the basics of soccer in a supportive, non-competitive setting. This is a full-time, in-person position — no remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging evening soccer classes for children from 12 months to 11 years old
- Teach core soccer skills and fundamentals through age-appropriate, playful activities
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and non-competitive learning atmosphere
- Keep every session safe, organized, and fun for young participants
- Bring enthusiasm and creativity to each Thursday class in the Waterleigh area
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching or working with young children in soccer or a related activity
- A fun, energetic, and outgoing personality that connects with kids
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for youth development
- Availability for evening classes, including Thursdays, in Clermont and nearby areas
