As a Youth Soccer Coach with Super Soccer Stars in Chantilly, you'll bring energy, creativity, and genuine care to every session. This position is designed for people who light up around kids — prior soccer expertise is not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to engage young players, create a safe environment, and deliver programming that's both educational and genuinely fun.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead age-appropriate soccer activities that balance skill development with play
• Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that builds confidence in every child
• Supervise participants throughout each session to uphold safety standards at all times
• Adapt coaching style and drills to meet the varying skill levels and attention spans of young athletes
• Serve as an enthusiastic role model who reinforces teamwork, sportsmanship, and effort
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and program staff

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in any capacity — coaching, teaching, camp counseling, mentoring, or youth leadership

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults
• Comfort working outdoors and in active, fast-paced environments
• No prior soccer playing or coaching experience required — training is provided
