About the Role

As a Preschool Soccer Coach, you will deliver age‑appropriate soccer activities inside local daycares and preschools, creating a joyful environment where young children develop motor skills, confidence, and a love for movement. This part‑time position focuses on weekday morning classes across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, offering a supportive team atmosphere and the chance to make a lasting impact on early childhood development.

What You'll Do

• Plan and facilitate engaging soccer drills that incorporate imaginative play and basic skill building.
• Adapt instruction to suit varying ages and abilities, ensuring every child feels included and successful.
• Maintain a safe, organized space by setting up equipment, monitoring participation, and following program guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with site staff and parents to share progress notes and address any questions.
• Attend brief training sessions and team meetings to stay current with curriculum updates and best practices.

• Experience working with toddlers or preschoolers in a recreational, educational, or childcare setting.
