About the Role
As a full-time Soccer Stars Coach based in Guthrie, Logan County, you'll guide children through age-appropriate soccer programs designed to build confidence, coordination, and a genuine passion for the game. This hands-on, in-person position puts you at the center of a supportive, energetic team where every session is about learning, movement, and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging soccer sessions tailored to young players of varying ages and abilities.
- Teach core soccer fundamentals, including dribbling, passing, and teamwork, in a positive and encouraging way.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of every child throughout each class and activity.
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that keeps children excited to return.
- Communicate warmly with parents, caregivers, and fellow coaches to support each child's growth.
